Usertitle to: Same as now, but on middle (center)

If it's possible i'd keep both of them, usertitle and userpic

I believe Liz doesn't do them anymore either, but perhaps m_t_h will be considered

You can only have 1 and you know user pics with MPGH are for staff only. So thats a no.

You may not request another title change until 13,050.
