File System Error 36?

As the title says what is that?i got that this morning after maintnance.
I havent hacked on my karok at all hes been all legit and i dont have any hacks on him at all.could i have been possibly banned?

If i got banned im gonna be pretty pissed off since i was actually legit with my karok and have gotten him to lvl 62 all legit.

On another unrelated note i heard botters won the wings.

You're using modified HFS files, HFS files that are modified go through the client now and are patched.

ummm servers are still down btw !

I think you should wait for the servers to back online for the new updates (hfs or etc) to automatically downloaded to U. Or if you still wish to launch the client even the server is still down, delete CurrentInfo.txt to re-download new hfs file. This should solve the Error 36 issue.

your not banned, the servers are just down still, they extended maint 2 hours everyone is getting the exact same error your getting. no need to worry my friend.

Wait so the client compares its hfs to the one the servers have? What im trying to say is if the server already has the update and we dont and we get that error with legit clients then it might be comparing the hfses. If thats the case then we will never be able to edit hfs files.
Unless it compares stupid things like the size of the file.
Then there is probably nothing wrong with hfssign.

Delete CurrentInfo.txt in *\Vindictus\en-US.
And start Vindictus.exe.

Well yeah that would force it to download the current hfs from server, but no point in doing it if servers are down anyways especially when it happened to legit clients. When servers are back up there will be an update so you dont have to delete the currentinfo.
