Troubleshooting CSS

[I Do know this in the wrong section but idk where to put it :l]
Ok, So i installed CSS(Non-Steam) but i cant play any games, every time i join/make a server, the Loading screen freezes at the 6th or 7th square...It stays at "Loading Resources"...
Help? Thanks.

I'm just guessin but restart your comp, reinstall game just a few i can think of
