Why do it this way?? Well 1. It shows the people who are MOST active 2. It's only fair because they actually came first and 3. It'd be the right thing to do.

Rules: PM the code to the person. The person HAS to reply to the PM saying "tooken" If they don't reply within 10 hours, give the code to someone else.
