or Know some program to record the gameplay??

or With the file (report) has the gameplay???

You can't.
Try using something else or record the replay.

Buy a better interner connection?

isnt there a stickied thread on making ur comp quicker? Also, get better internet

FRAPS only cause lag affecting your FPS, not ping.

Advanced System Care
SmartDefrag2
Tuneup Utilities

they all help ur FPS
