CA antivirus help

I have ca anti virus security suite, or whatever its called, and it ALWAYS blocks me from updating warrock, and gives me that cannot get version.txt or whatever and then when i try to run knight online it deletes .exe and i have to uninstall it when i have my firewall off. Also it dosent let me connect to the update server place so i cant fully install it to play.

The point is what can i do so it will allow me to download and play games with ease. this is reallly frustrating and pissing me off cause it fucking deletes every game i download.
