guyz does any one knows why i cant access to ''my items'' in the item mall on my main, but in a friends acc i can?

i get this message on my main

i know that is the wrong section but the Help Section is kinda dead so i posted here

Help Section isnt dead, So GTFO

z8Games wont let you acess your items

Send them a ticked with that image, They should fix it
