Well here is my system specs:
Intel Pentium D Dual Core Processor 3.40 GHz(Not Overclocked)
4 GB RAM
Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
750 GB hard drive space
2 sound activated cold cathode case lights
DVD-RW Drive
NVidia GeForce 8600 GT Graphics Card(Not Overclocked)
550W Power Supply
I added 2 aftermarket fans and it runs silent.
Now i was gonna ask, If i was to get a 9800gt Would it bottleneck because of my processor?

Pretty much anything would be bottlenecked by your system, I recommend you upgrade the whole thing rather than getting an overpriced old gpu =/
