No. It's not even really a hack. Not to mention it's OUTSIDE the game, so they really have no way to trace it back to you. It's 100% undetectable, if that's what you're looking for.

Nothing you do to edit your inventory, max hp, or anything similar, will get you banned. The worst ban you can get on terraria is a ban from a server.
