All hack are made in dll. file,in what program i can make dll hack? , i have visual basic and c++. With what i can open dll. and edit it? Is hack made in c++ visual basic and d3d then all that converted to dll.? pls help, i want to start programing in c++ but for dll. programs not windows application or something other.

You can create DLLs with VC++. If you create a new project theres a setting. Just search for tutorials.
