How fast is fast?

Well I was downloadign a game and shit and i was thinking it was pretty fast,and i downloaded abotu 4 gigs in about an hour and a half, Downloading at like 1.5Mbs + and if you dont believe me here is a pic.

Wrong section, and 1.5/MB is just a little above average I guess

~8MB/s is the peak I've seen on this PC with previous current network setup. Right now I'm limited to about 4MB/s though
