Windows xp Black cipher help.

This is the only problem i have with the hack on windows xp, can anyone please clearly show me what to do to clear this error? thxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

You were supposed to download the missing DLL file and put it in your System32 folder

Download that .dll and place it on Windows, System32 folder

Or you can download DirectX9.
