wanna know

So would like to know 2 things

1. Is 1-hit flinch got patched or its still working?

2. I'm using HD pub console and i binded my own binds so I would like to know which hfs file it is so I could copy it.

1. HFS files dont work anymore.

2. Its the config.cfg in en-US/cfg
