Isn't it recommended you add at least 1ms of 'hold' delay as it prevented "ghost bullets"?
read that somewhere...
"Ghost bullets" happens when the delay is too slow... You can put hold 0 or 1 it doesnt really matter, but when you have delay lower than 20-30 - then you may encounter ghost bullets
