Tried login your account on Z8Games website? If you don't receive a ban message, is just a problem with the game.

Try other accounts first

i was able to login using my cousin's internet source

so whats wrong with the game?

Disable your Anti-Virus
Uninstall and delete any Cross Fire Folders and Empty Recycle Bin.
Re-download the game
Re-install the game
Add the entire Cross Fire folder to your antivirus's exception list
Then start your Anti-Virus again
