You just give the person your psn login info, they make a new user on their ps3, and for the psn they put your info, then they go to transactions and then downloads and they DL the map packs, reset your ps3 and then log into your own and you'll have them.

Remember: Don't delete the user after you gameshare, it will lose all data with that PSN
