how do you post files

Im having problems making one so can any one help?

1. go to the icon : new topic
2. if you adding a download go to add attachment

It must be in general but i'll help: Go do new thread, then scroll down and there will be "Add file into Attachment" i hope little help comed here!

When you start a new Post, or hit Reply to a post you have the option you scroll down.

Inside the "Additional Options" You have the button named "Manage Attachments"
You click that button and wa la, you can post attachments.
