When you get an error Cross Fire makes a replay of it(like when you walk through walls).
It just blocks that replay.

Sounds nice but dont think so
The only thing we had that actually prevented people from saving replays to report us were room crashers. But it's banned now, in my opinion, for a stupid reason.
I think it's possible because in either warrock or in combat arms they made a bypass so you can't take a screeny of ur game. If you use the same concept as they did wouldn't it work?
