BUG PLEASE HELP ---paying a 20k code---

when im ingame and i click the settings tab in the top right corner my game crashes...this has been happening for about half a year. dont tell me to reinstall ive tried it, dont tell me to give my computer maintance, ive tried it.........respond in pm or down below >>>

another bug is when im in clan tab i cant use certain features such as search,leave,kick, etc.i freeze up ...SERVER ERROR IS NOT MY PROBLEM...

--please dont post down below unless its about a solution or a reply to MY comments. if you give me a solution that works i will pay a 20k ultimate game card code to you via pm....this is not a joke. im tired of this bug and i will pay.

Try on a different computer and see if it happens on that one also.

Didn't you make another thread? and promising a 10k NX card?
I suggest you reinstall Windows

I DID A COMEPLETE WIPE OF MY COMPUTER I DELETED EVERYTHING RESTORED IT TO ITS FACTORY CONDITION. THE HALF A YEAR WAIT IS OVER THE BUG IS GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT PEOPLE.

Try it on another account(I'll even give you one to try on) and if its still broken, then try changing your IP and test it then. If its on your account only then you can send a ticket to nexon as see if they can fix it, and if its not then maybe others are getting it to and its just a nexon fail

actually the person that helped was a guy on a rsps. the owner/coder....he told me how to do something noone even suggested.......and it worked
