If you read it It said he can deposit with Paypal not get zp with the thing you said lrn2read

run CCleaner and refresh the page and try again. If it doesnt work try it later, or on a different computer

DUDe just buy a ZP dude not that a lot of money well if you keep doing APP fill out and you put a wrong INFO you can get a chance of banned or IP ban IDK

There is however a limit of tries allowed every month to purchase zp. I think your allowed to purchase any ammount 3 times every month but thats it. Someone prove me wrong.
