Gift passes for CSS and DoD

So I just bought the Valve pack

With it came 2 gift passes. One for CSS, and the other for Day of Defeat. First person to earn them gets them.

Gift passes are 3-day access passes for games. You download them and play them for 3 days, completely free.

How can I earn them ?
