Help me...

I have a question to all of you guys.
I have many times search for my problem, the problem is i wanna have a bigger signature.
i've tried uploading from imageshack, tinypic, picdrop and other things but nothing works, can anyone help me please??

Just resize the image using paint or whatever...

I resize it and NOT bigger and it's very blurred now so can anyone help me please?

You can't resize it to make it bigger or quality will be lost
