Put in your Local IP Address into the URL bar and then type admin into the password, leave the username blank (i'm guessing your router is a Linksys)
to get your local ip address, go to your Network connections, click on your connection you're using, click Support tab and then enter the "IP Address:" digits into your web browser.

well if hard resetting (hold the reset button for 15-30 seconds + and wait til all lights on your router(s) blink) doesn't work, then use that tutorial i linked earlier in this post... that's if your IP hasn't changed
