Minecraft Bukkit Server Help

Ok so i have my server. I oped myself and Made my self admin with Essentials groupmanager BUT I CANT BUILD! Please help! this is so annyoing!

Just remove group manager. And make yourself admin manually by putting your name in the "ops".txt file.
