I've never gotten anything like that before.

Dunno, my chams mess up sometimes when i alt tab. It's happened to my friend as well. Looks just like how ur screen is posted.

Something along those lines happens when you 'Alt-Tab' out of the game.
It is actually very common...

i think when you push ALT+TAB
they show up

When I alt-tab my chams turn into just people.
