Speed Hack, how to get a working one?

Well, i got ghoster's vip but his does not have speed hacks, so i searched and found speed gear, i played 5 rounds of combat arms, opened speed gear, attached it to combat arms, then went to settings and pressed start protection mode, and then after a minute of so of speed hacking between 2X-3X speed, i got kicked out. I even tried this speed gear program with some bypasses from other sites but the bypasses didn't help. In game however, all speed hackers i see say they use speed gear. So my question is, does anyone know a way to succesfully speed hack as of 9/24/08 that does not include buying vip?
