Rs Account Creator/Leveler
I don't know if anyone will use this service but, I am going to start a service in which I will create an account using an email, get it to the levels you wish and then accept payment. I will make the account and train it BEFORE you pay. It would be pointless for you to pay first seeing as even if you don't pay before hand, If you at a later time don't wish for the account, I'll still have it 
.
I will only be doing Combat skills up to level 70, packages will be more than stand-alone skills and I will not do defence. Woodcutting/Firemaking to 99. No Prayer, unless you wish it to be part of the Combat level ups, in which it will only go to 46 max.
If you have an account already made that you wish for me to level up then in this circumstance, you will pay half. At the time done, you will pay the rest.
