Everytime I report nothing ever happens to the posts

Depends if what you're reporting is merits something, and who checks the report as well.

I Report sometimes when its something really bad but IDK what happens next since i see the person online the next day

Always get banned

Most of the time people get banned, but as Liz said it depends on who is checking it. Some people have different thoughts about stuff.

Reports get sent to every mod+ right?

I dont really ever become mad enough enough to report someone

No, they get sent to a section where a GMOD+ sees it, deletes the report and handles it. we also get emails.

No guys they get infractions sometimes.
