I reckon you shouldn't waste your damn money, sit on it and wait, make some smart investments, and live your life to the fullest until your old enough to spend the money right. Just my opinion, and it's probably a lot like your parents. Also, I'm not jelly at all, I almost have that much money just from using and spending the money I had properly, and will most likely be a millionaire by the time I'm 25. Have a good day.
