M4 Elite- Only one way to get it, it is through the m4 elite crate in the ZP black market, it is near the top.
M4 Gold- You can get this by collecting 100 Coupons.
M4 Crystal- YOu can get this through the coupon system or get it for days by aquiring a badge. I forgot for both of them.
