Going Price for Developers?

I have a inner circle of 4 friends, we are all planning on making a few games(they are ideas at the moment) i was wondering, how much you guys are charging to do work for someone on a game, ive got the know-how on the legal parts(contracts...etc) just wondering if any of you desgining pros are up for hire?

I can program just about anything. I charge by how much work I do.
