I got a infraction 'cause of "image spam" from @Toxin

I got it because of THIS post.
OP told us something, I replied with a "" which means I've understood his message.

That's not spam, I did not do it repeatably.

According @Obama,
SPAM = Stupid pointless annoying messages.

But I believe wasn't his intention to spam, was just to answer someone...

" it's there for a reason, use it. Sure other people use it all the time, and if their caught they receive the same punishment as you do, so what's the problem here?

Rule #18 - Emoticons are fine in moderation, but they shouldn't account for 90% of the post. Try and post things that are constructive
