Hacks not injecting

Ok no matter what hacks i use or no matter what injector the hacks NEVER work sometimes i get an error code saying.. "The program can't start because MSVCP100D.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." But it does it for a lot of the injectors not just one. and i have tried re-downloading everything but nothing seems to work. and if it says it works i press insert for the menu and no menu. please anyone? help?
