Best way to level is Spy Hunt. There's MAJOR Exp gain from it. It's just all the noobs would rather play Elimination. I ranked to CSM 3 in a day and a half playing only Spy Hunt on an alt. You would need a full room to get around 150 exp in BL powerlevel.
