Well, I believe in VB.Net is possible, since you have the right files to you edit it.
Well, most noobs when making their phisher have to use their username and password to authenticate their account before it can email them their accout, so if you reverse it and find those, then you will get all the accounts he has scammed.
Use bin text to find info but you cant reverse it
If you got the source code and the files you can do it.
