Well guys... thats right... /me STARTING A NEW RS TRADTION!!! /me going to go to a random level 30, give him 30k and make him promise when hes my level (65) that he will do the same and give a random level 3 10k. and im also going to give a random level 3 10k and make them promise that when they are my level (65) they will give a random level 3 10k... and also a random level 30 30k

I doubt the level 30 will give 30k to a random user.
Won't work. But they'll enjoy the free 30k.

I dunno I think he might have gave one of my noobs 10k for free over at the trees buy ether east or west varrock.
But honestly the market in runescape is screwed. 500m gets you no where. Well. it gets me 500.00$ cash in my pocket. Other then that nothing.
