Intervention Sound Mod

Hello there,

I just wondered if it was possible to make the Intervention sound like the M40A3 from Black Ops. The Intervention sounds kinda sucks and I dont see a way to do it with my little knowledge. Maybe some professionel modder could try to achieve that.

Modify the sound with a program and rename it, do same as textures, but with sounds, replace with the one you want and rename.

Well, I looked for weapon sounds.
But you only find ambition sounds.

So I guess they have encrypted it into another file format.
And not a wav/mp3 file.

If they arent these, look in weapon files

They are from in-game.
Anyway, where would they replace their sound?

You will have to look in the IWD Files.
(I don't think anyone found them so...)

I also looked through the .iwd files, without result.
Which are the files related to the weapons?
And what about the guy in the other topic talking about the patch.ff file?
