Just restore your computer. It takes 10 minutes to do, 15 minutes to reinstall your drivers. Depending on how fast your internet is depends on the download, or just copy your installer to a flash drive. That's the easiest way to fix a problem.
George with 1 gb vid card you should get about 100+ frames , atleast for me i get 180-200 fps :|
These programs can't really help your FPS, if you tried with them and didn't worked, try upgrading your computer.
try tune up, or you need a graphics card in your computer.
And uninstall Game Booster and Adv System Care, the can't do big difference in your performance, keep with CCleaner.
Change your CF settings or just buy a new PC.
