KDR/HP vision
Title. What does it do? Is it like across the map or just a health thing above their head when it is possible to see them?

@Almightynub yes, basically if you put your crosshair over anyone (even enemies), you can see their kdr and their hp in game.

It's a waste of money.
But if you wanna pick off low hp targets first, then I guess this might be slightly useful.
The KDR part is pretty useless and you can use hacks to find the HP of a person so you don't really need to buy it.
I got it out of a daily job case.
