Shift + Tab steam doesn't work in game

Shift + Tab steam doesn't work in game
overlay is enable
i try change hotkey but doesn't work
this morning i play is working but after disconnect i restart A.V.A and not working.

alt+tab isn't just working in game but in lobby it is
oow you mean on steam dunno how to changen that or to fix that im using reactor

Thats just a glitch of this steam
