Carbon, open task manager, go into processes, and look for your AVG, close it off..Then re-download it, and try then.

Its AVG, my friend Josh had the same problem. Just go Alt + Ctrl + Del then go to Processes, find AVG and click End Process.

Then try ^^ Btw if you want any other antivirus, just tell me, I can get it for you for free.
