HelpFLY HACK ?

Hi dudes I remember the times of speed hack using cheat engine and the times of fly hack with cheat engine.
Is this shit working now i mean fly hack ?
And if somebody tried what is the result ?

Every day i play crossfire on FFA i found a speed hacker or more,i think it's a speed hack release for CF(or may be VIP hack)i really don't know..!

I think it is patched but wrong section men
