There used to be an exploit for Unlimited Trans + XP.

Currently there are none. Transforming once per hour is your best try.

Maximize the damage you do during your transformation, don't waste your once an hour while you are just idling.

I think it was 1000 damage -> 1 SP or something like that.
Anyhow, this doesn't work very well with One Hit KO.
Works best with godmode + host_timescale 2/3
