I Got Scammed. Help?

I really got scammed this time. The story? I told this guy that i would trade accounts with him on War Rock. I said I would give him my Runescape if he'd give me a War Rock account... He gave me a public account, and changed my Runescape password.. Now I'm starting over, and I'm not making any money, if anyone could help me out, just a couple thousand or even as far as a million...would even help! Please help me out! Try every thing to get ur acc back. Put in ur subsrcription details date u made acc email name everything. Good luck.
