You can change user title whenever you want, bold and gold name and bigger avatar. All I know And I think you can get name changes earlier as well.

I do, only thing i even take advantage of is the avartar, dont even have bold name/custom title is use 
Also you can change your title/image tag/name anytime(like staff)
