Just Started C++

This is my first Topic posted here in this section.

I hope I get the best out of it.

So far I have found some websites where I can learn C++.

Learn C++

Software I will be using to learn c++ is Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate.
-Reason why I am using this software is because many people have said it has a lot more features and could be easier to handle.

I am a newbie at this, So I have just started to read.
-If you guys have any tips for me that'll be GREAT!

I will be more then happy to replay and help others on my way to learning. But right now I'm just starting, So if you ask me any question I wouldn't know anything. But right now I am asking your'e guys help to give me some tips.

) and went back to spend a little bit of time strengthening my knowledge of pointers and memory allocation. Bro if you are new to programming you shouldn't start with C++. That is almost the hardest programming language to use.

You should probably start with .NET, or Java.

I dont usually post, but stfu kibble. Dude continue with your interest in C++. I am learning Java since it covers certain aspect of C++ as well. If you want to learn C++, it will take time but work on .

Reason why I don't want to move it to something that is easy is that, if I learn C++ then the other programs should be a piece of cake.

Secondly, learning c++ is like learning java.

While/do while/for loops, recursion, OOP, inheritance, classes, variable.... its all the same just different syntax sometimes Ex. System.out.print(" ") is equivalent to cout << " ";

Unless you specify you are using namespace std, cout could be anything!

there is more coding languages then c++, so keep an open mind.

C++ is hard. That is a fact. What most people refer to when they claim that C++ is easy is the syntax of the language (as with all languages).

Yeah, Malbolge syntax is pretty easy.

Just have to set your mind to it, and you need an ebook or a book, online tutorials never cut it. There will always be a question that arises and then lead you to hours of searching on the internet. Books cover every subject for the simple reason: Authors are paid to make good books, So why would they risk their job at fucking you over with the wrong knowledge?
