You can't do it, you need to record it using softwares like FRAPS.

Go to Storage.
Click on Replay.
Choose the replay you want to see.
Record it with Fraps or something.
Upload it to youtube.
Done.

You need to record it with a game recorder like: FRAPS.
Than you can convert the video what you recorded to mp4 mp3 wma avi, than you can upload.
