$10/month will get you VIP status (VIP-coloured name, VIP rank & access to the VIP forums where you can also download and use the CF VIP hack). As a VIP you also get dedicated support forums for any issues you have with the VIP hacks.

On the other hand donators also get their special perks, but those don't include the VIP hacks you're looking for.
