How to increase your download speed!
This is a simple tut on how to increase your download/upload speed.
Virus scan: Virustotal. MD5: 16f0e71de1039bd4994f4b616a8277cd BlockReason.0
Programs you will need:
TCP Optimizer: (You do not need to install this.)

Step 1: First, you need to test your download and upload speed. Go here and click a server to test your connection to that location.
Speakeasy speed test- Speakeasy - Speed Test
Step 2: Now, write down the download speed that is shown when the test is finished.
Step 3: Open up TCP Optimizer and select your network adapter from the drop down menu under "Network Adapter selection"
Step 4: At the top, scroll the slider to the number that you wrote down (I.E: If you connection is 2100, you put 2000. You basically round it.)
Step 5: Now, at the bottom select "Optimal settings"
Step 6: Click "Apply Changes" and click ok when prompted to reboot your computer.
Step 7: Enjoy your increased download speed!

what If I just put it to 3500?
this is weird, it already was at 3000, then I set it to 2500, and went +50kb/s, THANK YOU SOO FUCKING MUCH

I setted it at 4500, voila, +20kb/s, now its +70kb/s :P went from 250 to 320

i have to decrease it to increase speed? ex: if i have 3100 i have to round it to 3000 so i download faster, then wut happens if i increase it ex: from 3100 to 4000

I only used this, cause i wanted to download a gunz private server file but, WHOA!!!!!!!!! At the start i packed a 14.3mb/ps download rate for 2 mins then it slowly went down to, 283kb/ps and my normal rate was 65kb/ps THANK U THANK U THANK U!!!! WOOOP!!!!
It wont work if your maximum speed is limited at around 1.5 Megabytes. Then your overall download speed should cap at around 150kb/per sec. It just depends on the provider.
Carry the decimal over by two to the right. 1.50 = 150. But because you cant download in mb at 150, Its actually KB. Theres a chart somewhere if I remember correctly.
