why is my combat arms so slow to load a game?

try re-installing CA.

Lol.. Well, it might be you have a bunch of junk on your computer. and the graphics card. But its really 50-50. I don't have a great graphics card and it works perfectly fine because I don't got crap on my computer. (crap referred to extra stuff)
